why do you still have bad breath?

You brush, floss and rinse with mouthwash, so why do you still have bad breath? Believe it or not, a clean tongue is also essential to having breath that smells fresh. Here’s how to keep your tongue clean:

Placing a tongue cleaner, lightly on the right side of your tongue and gently sweep it from back to front. Repeat on the left side. This will remove the unpleasant white gunk from your tongue.

Use toothpaste that does not contain sodium lauryl sulphate to eliminate anaerobic bacteria! Before you brush your teeth, rub a light layer of toothpaste on your tongue as far back as possible since the back of the tongue has the most bacteria. Leave on for about a minute, then rinse.

Next brush your teeth, floss and gargle with mouthwash as usual. Follow this regimen twice a day and you should have fresh-smelling breath in no time.
