Balance work and play.
All work and no play can make a dull  person. We need time to play. Playtime can be solitary or with others; physical or passive; a sport or hobby. Take time out for some healthy play.

We all have more things to do than we have energy for. If you’re afraid you’ll forget small tasks, take charge and organise your life by jotting down reminders in a notebook.
