Are there times when a person is misdiagnosed with diabetes?

If your sight is blurry, you should take that to mean that you have too much sugar in your system. Too much sugar in the eyes is really serious, so temporarily you should change your diet to a one that you would use as if you had diabetes. You do not want to eat any sugar, no white bread, no carrots, no potatoes, no beets, no sugar sodas and you should try to eat whole wheat bread with the least amount of sweetener (barley malt, molasses, maltodextrin, etc…these ingredients should be at the end of the list of ingredients). Then it is important to eat enough protein like tuna or chicken (skip beef and pork) and if you use mayo, make sure it is sugar free. Eat plenty of vegetable.

You cannot be misdiagnosed with diabetes. A simple glucose blood test will tell. Make sure you go to the doctors and tell him of the family history of it and have them do blood work, that will tell you where you stand. Are you thirsty all the time? Do you urinate allot? Bad circulation? Blurry vision? ( I know you have that one) please go be seen by you doctor.
