Tips for eating fattening or unhealthy meals

Anyone have tips for eating fattening or unhealthy meals?
I eat very healthy overall. Mostly vegetarian. 1 four ounce serving of chicken or fish a day. Lots of vitamins as well. However, every week I take one day to eat whatever I want. It is usually pizza or steak, sometimes some chips or ice cream.

I am curious to know if anyone has any tips for things to do before or after an unhealthy meal. Any specific foods to eat or supplements to take before or after that will help to digest or eliminate the bad food from your system?

answer:
Drink a lot of water and fruit juices. Eat a lot of fresh vegetables & fruits.

If your belly aches you can rub it clockwise…that is the way the colon goes.

Oil pulling before you go eat that meal would help you as well, and then you could do it twice a day for a few days. It has helped whiten my teeth so much, as well as it’s other health benefits.

If this meal causes your “plumbing” to back up, Castor Oil is an effective tool. Just use it first thing in the morning and not at night.
Eat lighter for the next day.

Everyone eats fattening and unhealthy meals at one time or another. Use plant-based enzymes (to replace all those enzymes that are cooked out of that unhealthy meal). Not fruit-based, not
pancreatic-based. You need plant-based that will work in a wide range of pH levels in your body. Make sure your enzymes are microblended with a whole food that supplies minerals. (Enzymes don’t work without minerals)

Also, probiotics – eacidophilus and bifidus, or a full-spectrum
probiotic. Make sure they have PREbiotics microblended into the
capsule. (Prebiotics are food for probiotics).
