Ways To Beat Stress At Work
Scary project deadline
If you’ve got a really big work task up ahead, why not break it down a bit? One life coach I know calls it “nibbling an elephant” and it works very well. You couldn’t eat a whole elephant, right, no matter how hungry you are. So, just nibble a bit at a time, a little bit more each day and before you know it, you’ve gobbled up the whole thing.
So a little bit at a time, then move on. This way, that big scary project becomes less big. By taking tiny baby steps, you’ll help prevent those stressful I-don’t-know-where-to-begin jitters and the project won’t seem so overwhelming. Of course, the project may simply be too big for just one person to take on. If so, see your boss to discuss the matter as soon as you realize you can’t meet the deadline.
Explain that you’re willing to do whatever it takes to see this project through, but that it’s just not possible for you to complete it alone in the given time frame. It helps a lot if you offer some simple solutions, rather than just bitching and whinging about how long it’s taken and how much she’s given you to do.
Perhaps part of the job can be shared with a colleague who has a particular expertise that might be helpful? Or maybe there are ways to cut some steps out of the process. Even if your boss doesn’t use your solutions, you’ll still get credit for taking the initiative.
Paper work
Try to keep all paper off your desk; it won’t be easy but it will keep both your desk and mind clear. But just how do you stop the accumulation of paper in the first place? Keep up with it piece by piece as a daily routine.
The second that some paperwork comes your way, either throw it away immediately, file it or put it into one of two trays on your desk marked “urgent” and “to do” – which you should sort out at the end of the day. If there are papers you haven’t looked at in six months, bin it.
Tips how to influence your future employer
Your body language always has an effect on the other person. The secret of success is to concentrate on some simple combinations. If you want to appear confident adopt the following combinations: Don’t blink your eyes frequently. Keep your hands away from your face. Don’t lick your lips. Look into the other person’s eyes. Don’t clear your throat frequently.
You have to look calm on the outside, no matter how nervous you might be on the inside. Answer all interview questions professionally, smile, look the human resource person in the eyes and don’t forget to ask questions at the end of the interview. When you ask questions you express interest in the company and the interviewer understands that you did some research.
These tips can be used not only to influence your future employer but to influence your future potential clients (if you are in Sales/marketing). Don’t undervalue the body language. You influence them on unconscious level and for some reason they like you. Let’s say that during a presentation you play a lot with you jewelries or your watch; it makes them feel nervous too.
It’s not just your professional abilities that are being interviewed; this is also a test of your personality. If you are very serious during the interview to the point where you don’t smile, laugh, etc. you may give off the wrong thought. On the opposite side of the coin you don’t want to be a prankster and crack jokes through out the interview. I like to smile often during an interview and if a joke is made I laugh. Show the interviewer that you want to be there.
Epididymitis;Symptoms,Diagnosis,Treatment
The epididymis is a series of small tubes attached to the back of each testicle that collects and stores sperm. One of the most common causes of scrotal pain is epididymitis, an infection and
subsequent inflammation of these coiled tubes.
Epididymo-orchitis occurs when the infection spreads to include the testicle.
Epididymitis is usually a secondary bacterial infection triggered by a range of conditions, such as urinary tract infections or sexually transmissible infections (STIs). The bacteria in the urethra (the tube that allows the exit of urine and sperm from the penis) simply backtrack through the urinary and reproductive structures to the epididymis.
Treatment options include antibiotics and bed rest. Some men develop chronic epididymitis, which is characterised by inflammation even when there is no infection.
The symptoms of epididymitis include:
•Slight fever
•Chills
•A sensation of heaviness in the affected testicle
•Sensitivity to touch or pressure in the affected testicle
•Enlargement of the testicle
•Abdominal pain
•Pelvic pain
•Frequent urge to urinate
•A burning sensation on urination
•Discharge from the penis
•Blood in the urine
•Painful ejaculation.

Why does your abdomen makes noise?
Why my stomach go mad when I do eat and why I get undigested food in my stalls.
Answer:
First is, don’t chew gum, because chew gum will produces more saliva and the effect is noisy abdomen. Noisy abdomen could be also cause of gases trapped in your body, and those could be cause of decomposing foods in your digestive system (digestive system is not doing well it’s role) and also lack of work out.
Make an effort eating more varied food, lots of cheese, protein. Try to reduce sugar for a while from your diet and monitor if situation improves. Try not to drink carbonated drinks. Also avoid food which will trigger the noises like beans, fried food, oily food. Try to drink more water and exercise once a week and enough sleep.

How does medical malpractice insurance work?
Most heаlth cаre providers need to buy professionаl liаbility insurаnce. Neаrly аll stаtes require thаt physiciаns hаve liаbility insurаnce. Even in stаtes thаt don’t, physiciаns usuаlly hаve to hаve insurаnce coverаge in order to get privileges to see pаtients аt а hospitаl. In some contexts, however, physiciаns cаn choose to “go bаre.” In Floridа, for exаmple, it is estimаted thаt аbout five percent of physiciаns cаrry no liаbility coverаge.
Physiciаns usuаlly buy their insurаnce from а commerciаl compаny or а physiciаn-owned mutuаl compаny, either individuаlly or through а group prаctice. Hospitаls аnd other heаlth cаre fаcilities purchаse their own insurаnce, аnd hospitаls thаt directly employ physiciаns typicаlly buy а policy thаt covers both the hospitаl аnd its medicаl stаff. Physiciаns employed by the federаl government don’t buy insurаnce; if they аre sued, the suit is brought аgаinst the federаl government, which insures itself. Some stаte-employed physiciаns receive coverаge from the stаte.
Premiums for mаlprаctice insurаnce vаry with the provider’s degree of risk, but experience rаting is not widely used.
Insurers set premiums on а prospective bаsis bаsed on: 1) their expected pаyouts for providers in а pаrticulаr risk group; 2) the uncertаinty surrounding this estimаte; 3) their expected аdministrаtive expenses аnd future investment income; аnd 4) the profit rаte they seek. They use informаtion on pаst losses аnd expenses, combined with other informаtion, to help them set rаtes.
Physiciаn professionаl liаbility insurаnce does not work like аuto insurаnce, which is generаlly experience rаted. When а motorist hаs а clаim, his insurаnce premiums go up. Physiciаn mаlprаctice premiums, by contrаst, аre usuаlly priced аccording to the physiciаn’s speciаlty аnd geogrаphic locаtion only (some insurers аlso consider number of hours worked аnd types аnd setting of work within the speciаlty). Experiments with individuаl experience rаting hаve not worked becаuse physiciаns’ clаims experience is too vаriаble over short time periods, mаking it difficult to produce аn аctuаriаlly stаble estimаte of their risk.
For hospitаls, some degree of experience rаting occurs, but usuаlly no more thаn 25 percent of the hospitаl’s totаl premium is bаsed on experience. Experience rаting hospitаls is more feаsible thаn experience rаting physiciаns becаuse hospitаls’ clаims experience is more stаble over time.
Hospitаl premiums аlso vаry with hospitаl locаtion (e.g., urbаn versus rurаl) аnd the clinicаl services offered (e.g., level of trаumа cаre).

Laziness to go out
I have become very lazy in the past 2 years.
I feel like sleeping after having a meal. I don’t like to getup before nine am. I don’t like to go anywhere in the field , even to meet a buyer or sometimes even a doctor. I don’t like to socialize also because of this laziness. My world to me is my house , my family , my office, my telephones and my computer.
The very idea of going somewhere makes me feel very tired.
What should I do to make myself more active?
answer:
You can motivate yourself to get outside and you’re spending time with your family. Plus, using your kids as help to motivate works great because once you tell them you’re going to do something, it’s hard to back out.
Laziness prevents one from reaching certain goals. But despite the person’s attempt to achieve them, the laziness, which is the problem they are trying to fix, becomes the problem that sets them back from doing so.
If it is the case that you never have really gone out and experienced what the world has to provide, despite it requiring socializing and physical activity, the only thing you can do to change that is to go out and experience them whether or not you like it. If you haven’t ever experienced it, and let the years go by, generally we all begin to fear change and have a natural bias for not wanting to try it later on. The only way you can discover if you will enjoy something then, is to just drive yourself to each task with an open mind and see if it is something you can see yourself doing. If not, keep moving on to the next thing.
You must know what you want to achieve and know how you plan to achieve it. Motivation supplies you with the courage to look at yourself in the mirror and realize that you can achieve more than you have. It drives you to be better than you ever have before, propelling you to great heights of success.

Do I need a will?
What about life insurance?
answer:
Though half of adults don’t have a will, everyone should. Die without one and your state will determine how your belongings get distributed. If you have kids, a judge could even decide who raises them. Unless you have lots of expensive belongings, though, you can write your will yourself; check out nolo.com for help. If you’d rather work with a lawyer, go to abanet.org and click on “lawyer locator.” Life insurance is a different story. If you don’t have children or other dependents, skip it. If you do have kids, get term insurance, the most basic, cheapest type. (Pass on cash value insurance—it comes with high commissions.) A 25-year-old female nonsmoker in perfect health could get a $250,000 20-year policy for $15 a month.
SuperFood for healthy future
THE SUPERFOOD: WATERMELON
THE SCIENCE: A recent study showed that eating 2% cups of lycopene-rich watermelon significantly boosts the levels of the antioxidant in people’s blood, which may help protect against cervical, pancreatic, prostate and bladder cancers.
HOW DOABLE IS THIS? Very: One large deli cup a day does it. Don’t like watermelon? You can get the same 20 mg of lycopene from a daily cup of tomato juice.
THE SUPERFOOD: TEA
THE SCIENCE: New research shows that drinking 20 ounces of tea (about five to six cups) a day for only two weeks may boost your body’s levels of infection-fighting cells by up to 500 percent. Don’t love tea that much? You may still benefit from drinking less, says study lead author Jack Bukowski, Ph.D., assistant professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School.
HOW DOABLE IS THIS? In the age of grande and venti, it’s really not so hard. Replace your 3 P.M. iced latte with a supersize order of tea on ice.
SUPERFOOD: CRANBERRY JUICE
THE SCIENCE: Downing three 8-ounce glasses of cranberry juice a day may reduce your risk of heart disease by up to 40 percent (the polyphenols in cranberries are believed to elevate your “good” cholesterol), according to a study at the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania. Oh, and did we mention the wonders it does if you’re prone to urinary tract infections?
HOW DOABLE IS THIS? Simply replace your lunchtime soda with 24 ounces of cranberry juice (try “lite” cranberry if you’re worried about loading up on all those calories from juice).
THE SUPERFOOD: FISH
THE SCIENCE: A Harvard analysis of nearly 80,000 women published last year revealed that those who eat six to eight ounces offish (about the size of two decks of cards) two to four times per week cut their stroke risk almost in half. HOW DOABLE IS THIS? A serving of fish at dinner and a sushi lunch twice a week is all you need, but focus on tuna, mackerel, herring and salmon, which are rich in heart-helping omega-3 fatty acids. Don’t like fishy stuff? Eggland’s Best eggs are fortified with omega-3′s.
